Masala Beans Poriyal


Ingredients
Beans-1/4kg
Oil-3tablespoon
Mustard-1/4tablespoon
Urad dhal-1/4tablespoon
Cumin-1/4tablespoon
Red chilli-1
Curry leaves-few
Salt-as required

For Grinding
Urad dhal-1 tablespoon
Channa dhal-3 tablespoon
Coriander seeds/powder-2 tablespoon
Red chilly-3
Grated Coconut-3 tablespoon
Hing-a pinch

Method
  • Finely chop beans and steam it until half done.
  • Dry roast and grind into fine paste all the ingredients for grinding
  • In a pan,add oil,mustard,urad dhal,cumin,red chilly,curry leaves.
  • Add beans,salt.
  • Add the grounded paste and mix well with beans.
  • Cook until the beans is fully done.
