Ingredients
Mushroom-1 small pack
Capsicum-1/2
Cinnamon-1
Cove-2
Bay leaf-1
Onion-1
Ginger Garlic paste-1 tablespoon
Green chilly-3
Curd-1/4cup
Coriander powder-3 tablespoon
Pepper powder-2 tablespoon
Coriander leaves-few
Oil-2 tablespoon
Salt-as required
Method
- In a pan,add oil,cinnamon,cove,bay leaf.
- Add onion,ginger garlic paste,green chilly.
- When onion gets transparent,add curd.
- Add coriander powder,when the raw smell goes off,add mushroom,capsicum(baby corn can also be added),salt.
- Add little water,cook until mushroom is done.
- Add pepper powder.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
Tip
This curry can be served with chapathi,roti,variety rice.
Baby corn can be added along with the veggies.
