Vegetable Noodles


Ingredients
Noodles-1 pack
Beans-5
Baby Carrots-10
Spring Onion-3 stalks
Onion-1
Garlic-5
Tomato-1/2
Chilly powder-1tablespoon
Pepper powder-1tablespoon
Soy sauce-1tablespoon
Oil-2tablespoon
Salt-as required

Method
  • Chop all the vegetables into long strips,slice onion.
  • Mince garlic.
  • Cook noodles according to the package directions.
  • In a pan,add oil,when hot,add garlic.
  • When garlic turns brown,add onion,spring onion.
  • Fry onion until it gets transparent.
  • Add all the vegetables,saute for few minutes.(Dont over cook the vegetables)
  • Add the sliced tomatoes,chilli powder,soysauce,peeper powder,salt and saute for few minutes.
  • Add the boiled noodles and toss well.
  • Garnish with corriander leaves.
Tip
This recepie can be served hot with ketchup.
