Pavarkkai Varuval(Bitter Gourd Fry)



Ingredients
Bitter Gourd-4
Chilly powder-1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder-a pinch
Cornflour-2tablespoon
Besanflour-1tablespoon
Riceflour-1tablespoon
Lemon-1
Oil-1cup
Salt-as required


Method
  • Slice Bittergourd into thin pieces,squeeze lemon juice into the pieces.
  • Add chillipowder,turmeric,cornflower,riceflower,besan flower,salt.
  • Mix well until the powder sticks into bitter gourd.
  • Marinate it an hour.
  • Heat oil until smokey hot and deep fry the biter gourd.
Tip
This recepie goes well with rasam,sambar,curd rice.
