Ingredients
Bread Slices-5(any kind)
Onion-1
Tomato-1/2
Tomato paste-2tablespoon
Ginger Garlic paste-1/2tablespoon
Turmeric powder-1/4tablespoon
Chilli powder-1tablespoon
Garam masala powder-a pinch
Corriander leaves-few
Oil-2tablespoon
Salt-as required
Method
- Cut the bread slices into small pieces.
- In a pan,add 1tablespoon of oil,add the bread pieces,fry for few minutes and keep it aside.
- Chop onion and tomato finely.
- In another pan,add oil,chopped onion,ginger garlic paste.
- When onion turns transparent,add tomato,tomato paste,chillipowder,turmeric powder,garam masala,salt.
- Cook until the raw masala smell goes off.
- Add the bread pieces,fry for another few minutes.
- Garnish with corriander leaves.
