Spring onions with leeks-4

Tomato sauce-1/2 cup
Soy sauce-1tablespoon
Ginger Garlic paste-1tablespoon
Chilli powder-2tablespoon
Cornflour-5tablespoon
Besan flour-1tablespoon
Rice flour-1tablespoon
Oil-2cups
Salt-as required
- Grate cabbage,carrot and boil potatoes until fully cooked.
- Finely chop green chilli,capsicum,onion,
- Mix cabbage,carrot,boiled potatoes,green chilli,1 onion,1 tablespoon of chilli powder,besan flour,rice flour,corn flour,little tomato sauce,soy sauce,salt.
- Make small balls and deep fry it in oil until it turns brown.
- In a pan add oil,ginger garlic paste,onion,spring onion white part,green chilli.
- When onion gets transparent add soya sauce,1/2 cup tomato sauce,salt.
- Cook well until the raw smell goes off.
- Mix 1tablespoon of cornflour in water and add it to the sauted gravy and stop the stove immediately.
- Garnish with corriander leaves,green part of spring onions.
- Add the veggie balls to the gravy,mix well before it is to be served.
