Turmeric powder-1/4tablespoon
Garam masala-1/4tablespoon
Salt-as required

Method
- Cut the fish length wise,add turmeric powder,salt,marinate it for 15minutes.
- Deep fry fish in oil until it is cooked.
- Tear the fried fish into small pieces.
- Finely chop onion and tomato.
- In a kadai,add 1/2tablespoon of oil,garlic,red chilli,fry it for few minutes.
- Grind garlic and red chilli into fine paste.
- In another pan,add oil,grinded paste.
- When the raw smell goes off,add onion,a pinch of salt,turmeric powder.
- When onion gets transparent,add tomatoes,garam masala,salt.
- When tomatoes becomes mushy,add the teared fish pieces.
- Garnish with corriander leaves.
Tip
This recepie goes well with coconut milk rice,chappathis.
