Red chilli-5 to 6
Ginger Garlic paste-1tablespoon
Tomato-2
Corriander powder-1tablespoon
Turmeric powder-1/4tablespoon
Corriander leaves-as required
Oil-3tablespoon
Salt-as required
- In a pan add 1/2tablespoon of oil,add red chilli,1/2 onion,fry them seperately.
- Grind fried red chilli and onion together into fine paste.
- In a pan,add oil,onion,ginger garlic paste.
- When onion gets transparent add chopped tomatoes.
- When tomatoes gets mushy,add the grinded paste,corriander powder,turmeric powder,salt.
- Cook well until the raw smell goes off.
- Add shrimp and cook until it is done.
- Garnish with corriander leaves.
