Coconut paste-1/2cup

For Grinding
Garlic-3pods
Cashew nuts-6
Coconut-2tablespoon
Onion-1/4 or Pearl onion-6
Corriander leaves-few

Method
- Grind all the ingredients into fine paste.
- Slice onion,chop the vegetables into cubes.
- Boil the vegetables until half done.
- Boil and peel the skin of tomato and make it into puree.(2 to 3tablespoon of tomato paste can be used instead)
- Heat oil in kadai,addcumin,fennel,when starts popping,add onion.
- When onion gets transparent,add grounded paste,chilli powder,corriander powder,pepper powder,salt.
- Cook until the raw smell goes off.
- Add the boiled veggies,tomato paste and cook until it is fully done.
- Add coconut milk and cook until oil seperates from gravy.
- Garnish with corriander leaves.
