Red Chilli/Milagai Chutney


Ingredients
Red chilli-10
Tamarind-a small lemon size
Garlic-3 or 4pods
Salt-as required
Gingelly Oil-6tablespoon
Salt-as required

For seasoning
Mustard-1/4tablespoon
Urad dhal-1/4tablespoon
Curry leaves-few

Method
  • In a pan,add 1/2tablespoon of oil and fry red chilli,garlic seperately.
  • Grind redchilli,garlic,tamarind,salt into fine paste.
  • Season it with mustard,urad dhal,curry leaves,gingelly oil.
