Muttai Parotta/Egg Paratha



Ingredients
Egg-2
Frozen Parotta-4
Onion-1
Tomato-1
Curry leaves-few
Green chilli-2
Ginger Garlic paste-1tablespoon
Turmeric powder-a pinch
Chilli powder-1/2tablespoon
Corriander powder-1tablespoon
Garam masala-1/4tablespoon
Pepper powder- apinch
Corriander leaves-few
Salt-as required
Oil-3tablespoon

Method
  • Cook parotta as per package directions.
  • Tear parotta into small pieces.

  • In a kadai,add oil,onion,green chilli,ginger garlic paste,curry leaves.
  • When onion gets transprent,add tomato,chilli,turmeric,corriander,garam masala powders.
  • Fry until the raw smell goes off.
  • Crack and pour the eggs,when the egg is half cooked,add the teared parotta pieces.
  • Mix well and mince the parotta pieces,add pepper,salt as required.
  • Garnish with corriander leaves.
Tip
This recepie can be served with any kind of raita.
Instead of corriander,chilli,garam masala powders, 
chicken/curry powder can be added.
