Ingredients
Carrot-1
Beetroot-1
Peas-1/2cup
Potato-2
Onion-1
Ginger Garlic paste-1/2tablespoon
Chilli powder-1tablespoon
Turmeric-1/4tablespoon
Corriander powder-1tablespoon
Garam masala-1/4tablespoon
Fennel-1/2tablespoon
Corriander leaves-few
Maida-1tablespoon
Bread crumbs-as required
Salt-as required
Oil-as required
Method
- Grate beetroot and carrot.Chop onion into fine pieces.
- Boil Potatoes in water until it gets mashed.
- In a kadai,add oil,fennel,onion,ginger garlic paste.
- When onion gets transparent,add the vegetables,chilli,turmeric,corriander,garam masala powders.
- Saute it until the raw smell goes off,add the mashed potatoes and saute for another few minutes.
- Garnish with corriander leaves.
- Make small balls and spread it into thick circle shape.
- Mix a tablespoon of maida with water.
- Coat the cutlet with maida paste and bread crumbs.
- Fry them in non stick pan with oil.
Tip
This recepie can be served with tomato ketchup.
