Ingredients
Valaika(Raw Banana)-2
Sambar powder-2tablespoon
Fennel-1tablespoon
Hing-a pinch
Turmeric powder-1/4tablespoon
Salt-as required
Oil-1 tablespoon
Method
- Peel the skin of valaika(Raw banana) and cut into thin pieces.
- Mix sambar powder,turmeric powder,hing,salt,raw banana pieces with very little water(just sprinkle water).
- Marinate for half-an-hour.
- In a kadai,add oil,fennel and marinated valaika(raw banana).
- Fry it inlow flame until it is fully cooked.
