Beetroot Pachadi


Ingredients
Beetroot-1
Turmeric powder-1/4tablepoon
Mustard-1/4tablespoon
Red chilli-1
Curry leaves-few
Salt-as required
Oil-1/4tablespoon
 
For Grinding
Green chilli-2
Ginger-a small pod
Grated coconut-1/2cup
Cumin(Jeera)-1/2tablespoon
Yogurt/curd-1 1/2 cup

Method
  • Peel the skin in beet root,cut into cubes.
  • Boil beetroot along with salt,turmeric powder,water until beetroot is fully cooked.
  • Mix the grinded mixture with boiled beetroot,salt,cook for another 2minutes.
  • Season it with mustard,curry leaves,red chilli.
Tip
This recepie goe well with chappathi,variety rice.
