Potato Fry


Ingredients
Potato-1/4kg
Ginger Garlic paste-1/2tablespoon
Turmeric powder-1/2tablespoon
Chilli powder-1tablespoon
Salt-as required
Oil-3tablespoon

Method
  • Peel the skin in potato and cut into long pieces.
  • In a pan,add oil,potao,ginger garlic paste.
  • Add chilli,turmeric powder,salt.
  • Keep it in low flame and fry until potato is fully cooked.
