Kuli Paniyaram(Karam/Spicy)


Ingredients
Dosa/Idli Batter-1cup
Baking Soda-a pinch
Onion-1
Green chillies-2 or 3
Corriander leaves-few
Mustard-1/4tablespoon
Urad dhal-1/4tablespoon
Salt-as required
Oil-as required

Method
  • Finely chop onion,green chillies,corriander leaves.
  • In a kadai,add oil,mustard,urad dhal.
  • When it starts popping add onion,green chillies,corriander leaves,fry for few minutes.
  • Mix the sauted mix to dosa/idli batter(Batter should be thick,do not add water).
  • Pour oil in paniyaram thawa,then start pouring the mixed batter in the holes.
  • Flip it when it is cooked one side,cook  until both the sides turns brown.
Tip
This recepie can be served as snack with Fried Gram chutney.
