Ingredients
Chicken-1/4kg
Onion-1
Big Tomato-1
Green chilli-2
Chilli powder-1 tablespoon
Coriander powder-1 tablespoon
Chicken powder-1 tablespoon
Black pepper powder-1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder-1/2 tablespoon
Ginger Garlic paste-1 tablespoon
Curry leaves-few
Cinnamon-1
Clove-1
Cardamon-1
Fennel seed-1/2 tablespoon
Salt-as required
Method
- In a kadai, add oil,cinnamon,cloves,cardamon, and fennel seed.
- Add onion, green chilli,curry leaves, ginger garlic paste fry it well.
- Add tomato ,chicken, add all the masala powders and salt.
- Mix it well, add 1/2 cup water and keep it in medium flame.
- When the gravy gets dried, add pepper powder.
