Ingredients
Rice-1cup
Moong dhal-1/4cup
Green Chilli-2
Curry Leaves-few
Mustard-1/4tablespoon
Cumin-1/4tablespoon
Black Pepper-1/4tablespoon
Hing-a pinch
Ghee-2tablespoon
Oil-1tablespoon
Salt-as required
Method
- In a kadai,pour oil,ghee.
- Add mustard,cumin,black pepper.
- When starts popping add green chilli,curryleaves,hing.
- Add moongdhal,rice,salt and fry it for few minutes.
- Pressure cook with 5cups of water.
Tip
This recepie can be served with coconut chutney and sambar.
