Cabbage Vada


Ingredients
Cabbage-1/2
Green Chilli-3
Rice Flour-1tablespoon
Corn Flour-3tablespoon
Salt-as required
Oil-1cup

Method
  • Finely chop cabbage and greenchilli.
  • Mix rice flour,corn flour,salt,cabbage and greenchilli into very coarse batter.
  • Make small balls with the batter.
  • In a kadai,pour oil,Deep fry the balls in hot oil.
