Tomato chutney

Ingredients
Onion-1
Chopped pearl onion-1/2cup
Riped tomatoes- 3 to 4
Redchillies- 11 to 12 
Salt-as required
Mustard-1/4tablespoon
Urad dhal-1/4tablespoon
Oil-1tablespoon


Method
  • Grind onion,tomatoes ,redchillies and salt into fine paste.
  • Take a pan add oil then add mustard,urad dhal and grinded paste.
  • Keep the stove in lower flame. cook it till the oil comes out from grinded paste.
Tip
This goes  very well  with idly and dosa. 
This is hot chutney. if u want u can reduce or increase the amount of chillies according to your taste.
