Ingredients
Onion-1/2
Big tomato-1
Redchillies or Green chillies-6 or 7
Urad dhal-1 tablespoon
Corriander leaves-few
Tamarind-a small piece
Coconut-1/4 cup
Salt-as required
For Seasoning
Mustard seed-1/4tablespoon
Hing-a pinch
Curry leaves
Oil-2tablespoon
Method
- In a pan, add oil,urad dhal and onion.
- Fry till the onion become transparent.
- Add tomato and salt fry it.
- Add chillies, tamarind and corriander leaves.
- Fry it for few minutes.
- Switch off the stove, then add coconut,salt mix it well.
- Grind it in mixer into fine paste.
- Season it with mustard,urad dhal,curryleaves,hing.
Tip
This recepie goes well with Dosa and Idli.
