Ingredients
Riped Tomatoes-3
Oil-2tablespoon
Mustard-1/4tablespoon
Urad dhal-1/4tablespoon
Onion-1
Greenchilli-2
Curry leaves-few
Salt-as required
For Grinding
Red chilli-2
Coconut Gratings-1/4cup
Ginger-a small pod
khus khus-1tablespoon
Cumin-1tablespoon
Corriander seeds/Corriander powder-1 tablespoon
Method
- Grind all redchilli,coconut gratings,ginger,khus khus,cumin,corriander into fine paste.
- Grind tomatoes also.
- In a kadai add oil,add mustard,urad dhal.
- When it starts popping,add onions,green chillies,curry leaves.
- When onion gets transparent,add grinded paste,salt.
- Cook until the raw smell goes off.
