Cauliflower Masala


Ingredients
Cauliflower-1
Onion-1 
Big tomato-1 
Ginger Garlic paste-1 tablespoon 
Red chilli powder-1 tablespoon 
Coriander powder-1 tablespoon
Garam masala powder-1/2 tablespoon 
Turmeric powder-a pinch
Curry leaves-few
Coriander leaves-few
Salt-as required

For Grinding
Grated coconut-1/4 cup 
Fennel seed-1 tablespoon 

Method
  • Wash cauliflower completely in salt and lime juice water.
  • In a pan add oil, garam masala powder, onion ,curry leaves and ginger garlic paste. Fry it for few mins.
  • Add tomato, chilli and coriander powder.
  • Add cauliflower , salt and 1 cup water,cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add grinded paste, mix it well and wait till the gravy becomes dry.
  • Garnish with corrinder leaves.
