
Ingredients
Toor dhal-1cup
Raw mango-1
Onion-1/2
Green chillies-5
Chilli powder-1tablespoon
Salt-as required
For Seasoning
Oil-2tablespoon
Mustard-1/4tablespoon
Urad dhal-1/4tablespoon
Cumin seeds-1/4tablespoon
Red chillies-2
Hing-a pich
Curry leaves-few
Corriander leaves-few
Method
- Pressure cook dhal and raw mango together.
- When dhal and raw mango is cooked,mash it together.
- In a kadai add oil, onion, green chillies and curry leaves.
- When it gets transparent,add chilli powder and mix it with dhal.
- Cook dhal for 5 mins until raw smell goes swich off the stove.
- Season it with mustard,urad dhal,cumin,redchilli,hing,curry leaves.
- Garnish with corriander leaves.
