Tomato Gotsu

Ingredients
Tomatoes(Riped)-3 
Onion chopped-1
Greenchillies-4
Red chilli powder-1/2 tablespoon 
Turmeric powder-1/4tablespoon
Mustard-1/4tablespoon
Urad dhal-1/4tablespoon
Curry leaves-few
Salt-as required
Oil-2tablespoon

Method
  • In a vessel boil the tomatoes in water for 5 mins.
  • In 15 mins take out the tomatoes, peel the skin and make it as puree.(just by mashing it)
  • In a kadai, add oil ,mustard,urad,chopped onions, green chillies and turmeric powder,fry it till the onion gets transparent.
  • Now add tomato puree, salt and chilli powder,cook until the raw smell goes off.
  • Garnish with corrinder leaves (optional)
Tip
This dish  can be made little watery or thick like chutney.
