Taro root fry (Sepankilangu fry)

Ingredients

Taro root-5
Chilli powder-2tablespoon
Turmeric powder-a pinch
Corn flour- 1 tablespoon
Salt-as required
Oil-2tablespoon


Method
  • Boil taro root seperately. Peel off the skins cut into cubes.
  • Take a bowl add chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt, corn flour and boiled taro root cubes. mix it well.
  • Heat oil  in kadai, add taro root and fry in low flame until it becomes cripsy

Tip
Do not over cook the taro root, it ll become mushy,check it often when it is boiling.
If u can able to peel off the skin,it is done.
