Ingredients
Boiled channa -1 cup
Oil-3tablespoon

Ginger & Garlic paste - 1tablespoon
Cumin seed-1/4tablespoon
Garam masala powder-1 tablespoon
Chilli powder-1 tablespoon
Coriander powder-1tablespoon
Channa masala powder- 1 tablespoon
Corriander leaves-few
Lime juice - 2 spoons
Ginger & Garlic paste - 1tablespoon
Cumin seed-1/4tablespoon
Garam masala powder-1 tablespoon
Chilli powder-1 tablespoon
Coriander powder-1tablespoon
Channa masala powder- 1 tablespoon
Corriander leaves-few
Lime juice - 2 spoons
Salt-as required
Method
- Heat oil in kadai ,add cumin seed, onion and tomato fry until it gets transparent.
- Grind all these together to get a fine paste.
- Heat oil in kadai, add ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, and grinded mixture leave it for few minutes.
- Add chilli,corriander,garma masala,channa masala powder,allowit it for 10 mins in medium flame.
- Grind 20 numbers of boiled channa in a mixer seperately,add it to the one that is being sauted.
- Cook until channa is fully done and until the raw masala smell goes off.
- In a bowl mix 1/2 cup onion, salt, lime juice and corriander leaves.
- Add this mixture before serving channa masala.
Tip
This recepie goes well with poori, peas pulao, & chappathi.
