Rava Dosa


Ingredients

Riceflour-1cup
Maida-1/2cup
Rava/sooji-1/4cup
Onion-1
Greenchilli-2
Curryleaves-few
Ginger-small pod
Peeper-1tablespoon
Salt-as required
Oil-2tablespoon


Method
  • Mix riceflour,maida,rawa,salt with water until it becomes fully liquid.
  • Chop onion,ginger,greenchilli very finely.
  • Heat oil in kadai,add mustard,chopped onion,greenchilli,ginger,pepper.
  • When onions gets transparent add the mixture to the batter.
  • Heat tawa and apply oil.
  • Pour a big ladle of batter and make a very thin dosa.
  • Pour a tablespoon of oil around and once it is cooked one side,flip it over.
  • Allow it to cook both the sides and remove it.
