Pudhina chutney(Mint leaf dip)


Ingredients
Pudhina-1 bunch
Green chilli-1 or 2
Ginger-a small pod
Tamarind-a small lemon size
Coconut Gratings-1/4cup
Salt-as required

Method
  • In a kadai,heat oil and add green chilli,ginger fry it for few minutes.
  • Remove it and add Pudhina fry it until the water in it is removed.
  • Grind all the ingredients together into fine paste.
  • Season with mustard,urad dhal,curry leaves.
