Potato Capsicum Masala


Ingredients
Potato-4
Oil-3tablespoon
Mustard-1/4tablespoon
Urad dhal-1/4talespoon
Cumin-1/4tablespoon
Onion-1
Curry leaves-few
Capsicum-1
Turmeric powder-1/2tablespoon
Chilli powder-2tablespoon
Corriander powder-1tablespon
Ginger Garlic paste-1/2tablespoon
Salt-as required

Method
  • Peel the skin in potatoes and boil with water until it is half cooked.
  • Heat,oil in kadai,add mustard,urad dhal,cumin.
  • When it starts popping,add onion,ginger garlic paste,curry leaves,capsicum.
  • Once they get transparent,add cooked potato,chilli,turmeric,corriander powder,salt.
  • Fry until the potatoes are fully cooked.
