Pachapayir Adai(Greengram dhal Adai)


Ingredients
Pacha Payir(Greengram dhal)-1cup
Rice flour-2tablespoon
Green chilli-3 or 4
Cumin-1/2tablespoon
Ginger-a small pod
Corriander leaves-few
Onion-1
Salt-as required
Oil-5tablespoon


Method
  • Grind green gram dhal,green chilli,corriander leaves,cumin,ginger,riceflour,salt into fine paste.
  • Chop onion finely.
  • Mix onion with the grinded paste.


  • Add little water to the batter to make thinner dosa.
  • Heat tawa,apply oil.
  • Pour one big ladle of batter at the center and spread it out.
  • Pour a tablespoon of oil around the dosa.
  • When it is cooked oneside,flip it to another side to get cooked.
Tip
This Dosa can be served with Ginger chutney,tomato chutney.
