Mushroom gravy


Ingredients
Mushroom-2cups
Onion-1
Tomato-1
Cumin-1/4tablespoon
Fennal-1/4tablespoon
Chilli powder-1/2tablespoon
Turmeric powder-1/4tablespoon
Corriander powder-1tablespoon
Garam masala-1/4tablespoon
Curry leaves-few
Ginger Garlic paste-1tablespoon
Corriander leaves-few
Oil-2tablespoon
Salt-as required

Method
  • Cut mushroom into slices.
  • In a kadai,add oil,cumin,fennel.
  • When it starts popping,add onion,curry leaves,ginger garlic paste.
  • When onion gets transparent add tomatoes,chilli,corriander,turmeric,garam masala.
  • Add mushrooms(do not add water),cook until mushroom becomes soft.
  • Garnish with corriander leaves.
