Ingredients
Cucumber-1
Carrot-1
Green chilli-1/2
Tomato-1/2
Onion-1/4
Corriander leaves-few
Yogurt/Curd-1cup
Salt-as required
Method
- Chop onion,cucumber,green chilli,tomato,corriander leaves into fine pieces.
- Grate carrot and skim yougurt/curd.
- Mix well all the ingredients together with salt.
Tip
This raita can be served with any variety rice,roti,chappathi.
