Ingredients
Small Lemon-5
Rice-1cup
Mustard-1/4 table spoon
Urad dhal-1/4 table spoon
Cumin-1/4 table spoon
Peanuts-1 tablespoon
Curry leaves-few
Hing-a pinch
Red chilli-1 or 2
Fenugreek powder-1/4tablespoon
Turmeric powder-1/4tablespoon
Corriander leaves-few
Oil-1tablespoon
Salt-as required
Method
- Pressure cook rice.
- Take lemon juice out of lemon.
- In a kadai,add oil,mustard,cumin,urad dhal,peanuts,hing,curry leaves.
- When it starts popping add red chilli,fenugreek powder,turmeric powder.
- Add lemon juice,salt.
- Allow it to boil for few minutes until the gravy becomes thick.
- Mix the sauted gravy with rice.
- Garnish with corriander leaves.
