Ingredients
Kothumai Rava-1cup
Onion-1
Greenchilli-2
Mustard-1/4 table spoon
Urad dhal-1/4 table spoon
Cumin-1/4 table spoon
Channa dhal-1/4 table spoon
Curry leaves-few
Salt-as required
Oil-2tablespoon
Method
- In a kadai,add oil,mustard,cumin,channa dhal.
- When it starts popping add onion,curry leaves,green chillies,salt.
- When onion gets transparent add 3 cups of water.
- When water starts boiling,start adding rava little by little.
- Mix well and cook until rava is fully done.
