Egg Noodles


Ingredients
Noodles-1 packet 
Chopped Vegetables-1/2 cup 
(carrot,beans,green peas)
Onion -1/2 
Tomato chopped-1/2 
Ketchup-1 tablespoon 
Egg-1 
Salt and Pepper-as required

Method
  • In a pan, add oil,onion, & chopped veggies fry for few minutes.
  • Add tomato and pinch of salt ,mix it well.
  • Add 2 cups water allow it to boil, now add noodles and taste maker.
  • Allow it until the noodles is fully cooked.
  • Add the beaten egg, ketchup,salt and pepper and mix it well.
  • Keep in low flame mix it well .
