Ingredients
Chicken-1/4lb
Onion-1
Big Tomatoes-2
Ginger Garlic paste-1 tablespoon
Chilli powder-1 tablespoon
Coriander powder-1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder-1/2 tablespoon
Yogurt/Curd-1/2 cup
Salt-as required
Coconut paste- 2 tablespoon
Method
- In a kadai, add oil, ginger garlic paste, onion,tomatoes and salt fry it till it become transparent.
- Add chicken,chilli,coriander,turmeric powders mix it well.
- Add yogurt/curd,pressure cook it.
- Add coconut paste and coriander leaves, allow it to boil for 5 mins.
Tip
This recepie goes well with rices. ( this is not very spicy curry, if needed, masala powders can be added more)
