Egg Masala


Ingredients
Egg-3
Onion-1
Tomato-4
Red Chilli-5 or 6
Turmeric-1/4tablespoon
Garlic-3 pods
Corriander leaves-few
Oil-2tablespoon
Salt-as required

Method
  • Boil egg in water until it is fully cooked.
  • In a kadai,add little oil and fry red chilli until it is brown.
  • Grind red chilli,garlic into fine paste.
  • In a kadai,add oil,grinded paste,fry until the raw smell goes off.
  • Add finely chopped onnion,fry until it gets transparent.
  • Add tomatto,turmeric,salt.
  • Cook until the tomatoes get mashed and form thick gravy.
  • Garnish with corriander leaves.Mix it well.
  • Cut the egg lenghtwise and add it to sauted masala.
Tip
This recepie goes well with chappathi,variety rices,plain rice.
