Ingredients
Oil-2tablespoon
Cauliflower-1
Onion-1
Tomato-1
Chilli powder-1tablespoon
Corriander powder-1tablespoon
Garam masala-1/2tablespoon
Turmeric powder-1/4tablespoon
Ginger & garlic paste-1/2tablespoon
Cumin seeds-1/4tablespoon
Fenugreek-1/4tablespoon
Method
- Remove the florets in cauliflower and boil it in water with salt until it is half cooked.
- Heat oil in kadai,add cumin,fenugreek while it starts popping add onion.
- When onion geets transparent,add tomato.
- Add turmeric,chilli,corriander powder.
- When the raw smell goes off,add cauliflower florets,garam masala,salt.
- Stir gently until it is fully cooked.
- Garnish with corriander leaves.
Tip
This recepie can either be served with chappathi or rice varieties.
