Cabbage Poriyal


Ingredients

Cabbage-1/2
Mustard-1/4tablespoon
Cumin-1/4tablespoon
Onion-1/2
Sambar powder-1/2tablespoon
Chilli powder-1/4tablespoon
Oil-1tablespoon
Salt-as required

Method
  • Chop cabbage finely.
  • Heat oil in kadai,add mustard ,cumin when it starts popping add onion.
  • When onion gets transparent,add turmeric,chilli,sambar powder.
  • Now add cabbage,salt and sprinkle little water.
  • In low flame,boil until it is fully coooked.
