Cauliflower Fry


Ingredients
Cauliflower-1
Oil-1cup
Ginger &  Garlic paste-1tablespoon
Chilli powder-2tablespoon
Turmeric powder-a pinch
Cornflour-2tablespoon
Besanflour-1tablespoon
Riceflour-1tablespoon
Salt-as required
Method
  • Cut cauliflower into medium sized florets,wash it.
  • Allow cauliflower,pinch of salt to boil until it is half cooked.
  • Add ginger & garlic paste,chilli powder,turmeric,cornflour,besan,riceflour with cauliflower.
  • Marinate for half-an-hour.
  • Heat oil in kadai,deep fry cauliflower.
Tip
Dont boil cauliflower for longer time it will become mushy.
Microwave cauliflower with salt and water around 5mins.
