Peas Pulav


Ingredients

Basmathi Rice-1cup
Green Peas(Pattani)-1/2cup
Cumin seeds(seraham)-1/2tablespoon
Cinamon-few
Cloves-few
Ginger Garlic paste-1/2tablespoon
Onion-1 small
Ghee-2tablespoon


Method
  • Soak Basmathi rice in water for 15mins.
  • In a kadai pour 2tablespoon of ghee.
  • Add cinnamon,cloves,cumin seeds when they start popping up,add ginger garlic paste,add onion, and once they get transparent add green peas.
  • Now,add it to the rice with 11/2cup of water,pressure cook it.
Tip
Peas pulav will be yummy when served with chicken curry.
