Fried Rice


Ingredients

Basmati rice-1cup
Onion-1
Green chilli-2
Gingergarlic paste-1/2tablespoon
Carrot-1
Beans-1/4cup
Peas-1/4cup
Pepper powder-1tablespoon
Salt-as required
Oil-2tablespoon


Method
  • Soak Basmathi rice in water for 15mins
  • Rice cook the rice with peas.
  • Chop the vegetables into small pieces.
  • In a kadai,pour oil and  add onion,ginger and garlic paste.
  • When onion gets transparent,add all the chopped vegetables,pepper,salt.
  • Add the mixture of vegetables to boiled rice.
Tip
Spring onions can be added(add white part of spring onion along with onion and the green part at the end to garnish)
