Parsely Cheese Pasta


Today i felt to have a very light dinner but rich and delicious in flavor...I often make pastas with ragu sauce,to make a difference tried it with my own veggies...

Ingredients
Pasta-2cups
Bell pepper-1/2
Zucchini-1
Garlic-4pods
Tomato-1
Milk-2cups
Parsley-1/4cup
All purpose flour/maida-2tablespoon
Butter-2tablespoon
Parmesan cheese-1/4cup
Pepper-1tablespoon
Salt-as required
Method
  • Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  • Heat butter in a pan,add garlic till it turns brown.
  • Add bell pepper,Zucchini,parsley,sauté for few minutes.
  • Move all the vegetables to the corner,add the flour in the center and whisk it to make sure there is no lumps.
  • Add milk,salt,pepper and allow the mixture to thicken.
  • Add tomato,cheese at the end.
Tip
Grated nuts like almond,walnut can be used for garnishing.
