Onion Pakoda


Ingredients
Onion- 1 no
Green chilly- 2 no
Crushed Ginger- 2 sp
Crushed Garlic- 2 no
Curry Leaves- 3 spring
Besan flour- 1 cup
Rice flour -1/2 cup
Butter- 1/2 tablespoon
Baking soda-a pinch
Red chilli powder- 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tablespoon
Salt-as required

Method
  • Take a dry bowl add besan, rice flour, butter, baking soda and salt mix it well.
  • Slice onion lengthwise, and chop green chillies and curry leaves.
  • Add onion, green chilly, curry leaves, ginger, garlic, red chilly & turmeric powder.
  • Mix it well, just sprinkle water and mix it as a thich dough, dont make it sticky.
  • Deep fry it in medium heat oil.
