Pesarattu





Ingredients
Green gram dhal-1 cup 
Ginger-a small pod
Green chillies-5 
Cumin-1 tablespoon
Onion-1 
Salt-as required

Method

  • Soak green gram dhal in water for atleast 6 hrs.
  • Finely chop onion.
  • Grind into fine paste along with ginger,green chillies and cumin seed.
  • Add salt with the grinded batter. Make the consistency like dosa batter.
  • Heat thawa,apply oil.
  • Pour one big ladle of batter at the center and spread it out.
  • Add finely chopped onion on top.
  • Pour a tablespoon of oil around the dosa.
  • When it is cooked oneside,flip it to another side to get cooked.

Tip                                                                                                                                                                  This dosa goes well with coconut chutney and tomato chutney.
