Mushroom Masala


Ingredients
Mushroom-1 small box
Onion-1
Tomato-1 large
Ginger garlic paste-1 tablespoon 
Cinnamon-1 
Clove-1
Red chilli powder1 tablespoon
Green chillies-2 
Corriander powder-1 tablespoon 
Turmeric powder-1/2 tablespoon 
Grounded pepper powder-1/2 tablespoon 
Curry leaves-few
Salt-as required
oil

Method
  • Chop the whole mushrooms into  pieces.
  • In a pan add oil, cinnamon,cloves fry it.
  • Add onion, ginger garlic paste,green chillies and curry leaves , saute it well.
  • Add mushroom,tomatoes,salt. cook by closing the lid for 5 mins.
  • Add all the masala powders, and 1 cup of water.
  • Cook in low flame and close the lid until the mushroom is fully cooked.
  • Add black pepper powder (optional).
Tip
This dish goes well with sambar, rasam,& curd rice. And also good with chappathi.
