Method
- Chop the whole mushrooms into pieces.
- In a pan add oil, cinnamon,cloves fry it.
- Add onion, ginger garlic paste,green chillies and curry leaves , saute it well.
- Add mushroom,tomatoes,salt. cook by closing the lid for 5 mins.
- Add all the masala powders, and 1 cup of water.
- Cook in low flame and close the lid until the mushroom is fully cooked.
- Add black pepper powder (optional).
Tip
This dish goes well with sambar, rasam,& curd rice. And also good with chappathi.
