Ingredients
Bonless chicken(Thigh/Breast)-1/2kg
Egg-1
Ginger Garlic paste-1tablespoon
Corn flour-2tablespoon
Pepper powder-2tablespoon
Chilli powder-1tablespoon
Cumin-1/2 tablespoon
Green chilli-2
Curry leaves-few
Garlic-2 n.o
Ginger-a small pod
Colour powder(red/orange)-a pinch [optional]
Corriander leaves-few
Salt-as required
Oil-2cups
Method
- Cut Chicken into medium sized pieces.
- Finely chop curry leaves,garlic,ginger,green chillies.
- In a bowl,add chicken pieces,1/2tablespoon ginger garlic paste,1/2tablespoon pepper powder,1egg,2tablespoon of corn flour,1/4 tablespoon of salt and mix it until the egg coats the chicken pieces.
- Deep fry the chicken pieces in oil until it turns brown,keep it aside.
- In a pan,add oil,cumin,chopped ginger,garlic,curry leaves.
- Add green chillies,ginger garlic paste,saute it for few minutes.
- Add 1/2tablespoon pepper powder,1tablespoon chilli powder,colour powder [mix it with water] and fry it for few minutes.
- Add ver little water and the fried chicken pieces,salt ,fry until the chicken gets mixed with masala and the water gets evaporated.
- Garnish with corriander leaves.
Tip
Chilli powder,pepper powder can be added more to make it hot.
Lemon juice can be poured at the top of it to make it juicy.
