Ingredients
Onion-1
Tomatoes-2
Redchillies-6
Coconut-3-4 tablespoon
Mustard-1/4tablespoon
Urad dhal-1/4tablespoon
Curry leaves-few
Hing-a pinch
Oil-2tablespoon
Salt-as required
Method
- In a pan, add oil and fry onion till it gets transparent.
- Add tomatoes ,red chilli and coconut,salt.
- Grind all the ingredients into fine paste.
- Season it with mustard,urad dhal,curryleaves.
Tip
Goes well with idly and dosa.
