Potato curry


Ingredients
Potatoes-4
Oil-3tablespoon
0nion-1/2
Tomato-1/2
Chilli powder-1tablespoon
Turmeric powder-1/4tablespoon
Curry leaves-few
Garlic-2pods
Mustard seed-1/4tablespoon
Hing-a pinch  
Salt-as required


Method
  • Boil the potatoes in water until it is half cooked.
  • Take a bowl mix chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt and potato, keep it aside.
  •  Heat oil in a kadai,add mustard , crushed garlic, hing, curry leaves.
  • When it starts popping add onion and tomato, fry it for few minutes.
  •  Finally add potatoes, keep the flame low,until it is fully cooked
